1. Plans and Pricing

1.1 Starter Plan: Essential Website Design & Launch

Price: $750 Initial Setup + $50/month

Features: Pre-made template customization, drag-and-drop editor, responsive design, basic SEO setup, Google Analytics integration, 1-hour training session, 7 days post-launch support, unlimited website edits within the platform.

Target Audience: Small businesses, startups, solopreneurs.

Timeline: 2 Weeks

1.2 Growth Plan: Advanced Website with Marketing Integration

Price: $1,200 Initial Setup + $100/month

Features: Custom UI/UX design, advanced SEO setup, content AI assistance, lead generation forms, live chat & chatbot setup, automated marketing integration, monthly content updates, Google Search Console & sitemap submission.

Target Audience: Growing businesses needing integrated marketing tools.

Timeline: 3 Weeks

1.3 Elite Plan: Comprehensive Website with Full Automation & SMM

Price: $3,500 Initial Setup + $350/month

Features: Full custom design, complete SEO & content strategy, leads automation & sales funnels, social media management, weekly blog and content creation, e-commerce integration, 24/7 chatbot & AI support, weekly analytics & performance reports, priority support & regular maintenance.

Target Audience: Established businesses requiring comprehensive digital marketing and automation.

Timeline: 4 Weeks

2. Payment Terms

All initial setup fees are due before the commencement of the project.

Monthly fees for each plan are charged starting the day the website is launched.

Payment is due on a recurring monthly basis until canceled in accordance with these terms.

3. Project Scope and Revisions

Starter Plan: Includes unlimited website edits within the platform. Customizations are limited to pre-designed templates, and advanced coding or structural changes are not included.

Growth Plan: Includes up to 2 hours of monthly content or design updates. Additional updates or redesigns beyond this scope will incur additional charges at our hourly rate.

Elite Plan: Includes weekly blog and content creation services. Custom development, SEO, and content strategies will be outlined in a separate project plan agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and timely content, images, and branding materials required for your website.

Any delay in providing required assets or approvals may extend the timeline for website launch or updates.

You are responsible for the ongoing management of your website using the RevMaster Pro platform, following the provided training.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your plan at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Any work completed prior to cancellation will be billed at the agreed-upon rate.

We reserve the right to terminate your plan for non-payment or breach of these terms. In the event of termination, we will cease all work, and no further services will be provided.

6. Support and Maintenance

Starter Plan: Includes 7 days of post-launch support for any issues or questions related to the website setup.

Growth Plan: Includes up to 2 hours of monthly updates and basic support for issues related to content, design, or performance.

Elite Plan: Includes priority support and regular maintenance services. We will monitor your website for any technical issues, and priority requests will be handled within 24 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon payment in full, all content and design created for your website will be transferred to you, except for any third-party tools or integrations licensed separately (e.g., RevMaster Pro, stock images).

You may not resell or redistribute any portion of your website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services.

In the event of a technical issue or downtime caused by our services, we will work promptly to resolve the issue. However, we are not liable for any loss of business or revenue due to website downtime or functionality errors.

9. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party will bear its own costs related to the arbitration process.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any legal action must be filed in Florida courts.
