At Full Stack Monkey, LLC, we stand behind the value of our products and services. If you're not satisfied, we want to make things right.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products (including templates, downloads, toolkits, and course materials), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.

Consulting & Strategy Sessions

Refunds for booked sessions are available if:

The request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
The session has not already been completed or initiated.

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your name and appointment details.

Subscription Services

You may cancel at any time. No partial refunds will be given for unused days in a billing cycle. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Exceptions

If you believe there has been an error or unusual circumstance, please contact us. We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve fairly.
