    Refund Policy

    1. Overview

    All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated. This policy outlines our refund guidelines for all products, subscriptions, and services provided by Tony Aponte and Full Stack Monkey, LLC.

    We operate with transparency, and we expect our clients to understand the commitments they are making when purchasing our services.

    2. Digital Products & Downloads

    Due to the immediate access and nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, templates, and courses are final.

    No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

    3. Consulting & Strategy Sessions

    Strategy sessions and consulting calls are non-refundable once booked and paid.

    • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
    • Missed calls without prior notice forfeit the session fee.

    4. Subscription Services

    Subscriptions (including hosting, CRM, and marketing management) are billed month-to-month.

    • You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice.
    • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
    • Your service remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.

    5. Service Work & Implementation

    Setup fees, website builds, and custom implementation projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.

    These services require significant time, planning, and resources upfront. By paying the setup fee or invoice, you are securing our time and committing to the project.

    6. Exceptions

    Exceptions to this policy are made at our sole discretion.

    If you believe there has been a duplicate charge or billing error, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
