Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any website development, marketing service, or CRM/software subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This is how we operate. Please read it carefully.

All hosting and CRM services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

CoreSite Hosting + CRM Plan ($49/month) includes:

• hosting
• backups
• SSL
• CRM/dashboard access
• automation features

• First billing cycle begins 30 days after setup fee is paid
• Access remains active while subscription is current

• You may cancel at any time
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your next billing date

If notice is not provided within this window:

• subscription renews for the next billing cycle
• following cycle becomes the final billing period

Services remain active through the end of the billing cycle.

After cancellation:

• access may be removed
• systems may be deactivated
• data may be permanently deleted

• Facebook Ad Management is $250/month
• Ad spend is paid directly by client via their own Meta account

Includes:

• strategy
• targeting
• campaign setup
• optimization

• Results vary by industry, location, and competition
• No specific ROI is guaranteed
• Cancellation requires 30-day notice in writing (match subscription policy)

• Website design and code remain property of Fullstack Monkey LLC until paid in full
• Once paid, client owns final website

Excludes:

• third-party tools
• plugins
• licensed software

• CRM systems and automation frameworks remain property of Revmaster Pro
• These are licensed, not owned

No refunds for:

• setup fees
• website builds once started
• subscriptions
• marketing services

Exceptions may be granted at discretion.

• Client data is confidential
• No selling or sharing of data

Client is responsible for:

• domain access
• email accounts
• ad platform credentials
